Municipal Court
Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic cases occurring within the city limits, cases involving city ordinances, and certain specified misdemeanor offenses. Arraignment cases are heard on the first and third Thursday of each month. Trials are held on the fourth Thursday of the month. The Court is headed by the Chief Judge and Court Administrator and assisted by Court staff. Our staff are dedicated to providing an environment to instill confidence in, and respect for, the judicial system in general and for the Loganville Municipal Court. It is the Court's mission to provide efficient, fair resolution of all matters coming before it and that due process of law and fundamental fairness are afforded to all who appear before the Court. The Municipal Court is staffed by 4 full-time employees and 1 part-time employee.
