City Council
The City Council Work session is the Monday preceding the Second Thursday of the Month. City Council Meetings take place every 2nd Thursday of the month. Meetings begin at 6:30pm.
All Meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at 4303 Lawrenceville Road unless otherwise specified.
Council Member Bill DuVall was elected to City Council in November 2019. Bill is assigned to Public Utilities and Transportation.
Loganville and our surrounding community continue to have steady growth. Along with growth comes increasing traffic and the need for a more sustainable infrastructure. Bill is a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) and a licensed Structural Engineer that has been in the transportation industry for over 30 years. He worked with the City to lead a year-long study of Loganville’s traffic that resulted in a roadmap for projects to address short-term and long-term solutions.
Bill and is wife Stephany have lived in Loganville for over 18 years. They have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

Council Member Patti Wolfe was elected to the City Council in November 2023.
Wolfe has a background in accounting, investigations and problem solving which she used over a 36-year career with the United States Treasury Department.
Honesty, transparency, integrity and a love for the citizens are the core values in which Wolfe believes will be the foundation of her tenure as a member of the Loganville City Council.
“It is a privilege and an honor to be working for you, the citizens,” Wolfe says. “We will not agree on every issue but it is diversity of thought and ideas that always makes for the best decisions.”
Outside of her work on city council, Wolfe enjoys friends, a bit of gardening and sitting on sandy beaches while solving the problems of the world. She has a heart for Veterans, first Responders, the forgotten elderly, special needs children and animals.

Council Member Keith Colquitt was elected to City Council in November 2025 and is assigned to Finance. Keith has been in local government positions for the past 21 years in Code Enforcement as a supervisor and manager. He has also served on the state board of the Georgia Association of Code Enforcement as Sergeant at Arms, two terms as President and is an instructor at their state training conferences.
Keith wants to use his past 45 years in supervision and management to help the City move forward in a very positive way as well as support the city staff and citizens during his term on City Council.
Keith and his wife Ruth have lived in Loganville for the past 25 years. They have two sons and six grandchildren.
Council Member Wes Johnson was elected to City Council in November 2025. Wes is assigned to Facilities. For 31 years, Wes has served in Operations as a Fireman with Walton County Fire and Rescue, including 21 years as a Fire Captain dedicated to assisting the community's citizens. In addition to his service as a first responder, for 3 decades, Wes has successfully owned and operated a Property Management business.
Wes is dedicated to building a strong, united Loganville where all voices are heard. He is committed to working with his fellow City Council members to foster positive progress in addressing the community's needs.
Wes is a family man with two daughters and three grandchildren.
